Questions parents ask

How long does a book take?: Usually three to six minutes. You can leave the page; the book appears in your library when it is ready.
Is my child's photo safe?: The photo is optional. It is used once to draw a storybook version of your child and then deleted from our storage. Only the drawing is used in the book.
Which languages can the story be in?: English, Simplified Chinese or Traditional Chinese, chosen per book. Narration for both Chinese scripts is Mandarin.
What does it cost?: Your first book is free. After that, a 3-book pack, a 10-book pack, or the Storyteller plan with 6 books a month. Credits never expire.
Can I print the book?: Yes. Any purchase unlocks PDF download for every book in your library, including the free one.
What if something looks wrong?: Every page has a Report button and we look at reports within a day. If a book fails to generate, your credits come straight back.
